Users do not need to upload any specific content. Information is collected through an online form. Users should ensure the accuracy of the information provided, as any subsequent services and sales will be under the account holder’s responsibility.

Liability

Some items come with a warranty, and their performance is guaranteed. For example, hydraulic cylinders produced by our company will be accompanied by a warranty card. However, consumable products that do not have clear usage conditions are not guaranteed, although if used within defined parameters, they will be.

Account Termination

We value user freedom and have implemented an account deletion button in the user’s profile. If they choose to delete their account, no further emails will be sent. For products and services, users can return any item within a week with our expert’s coordination and receive a refund.
